"Morning Bath"

Morgonbad is a fountain sculpture by Anders Zorn. It was created in 1908-1909 and can be found, among other places, in the Rosenbad park in Stockholm. Morning Bath was one of Zorn's last sculptural works. Zorn's young woman in the morning bath is one meter tall and made of bronze. She presses her hands around a sponge and stands in a water lily leaf raised by a pillar, also in bronze. The water sprays in small fountains from the sponge, flows over the woman's naked body into the water lily leaf and from there into the fountain basin. Morning Bath has the same artistic expression that Zorn used for his bathing women in many of his paintings. //Wikipedia
